A custom-fitted mandibular advancement device (MAD) effectively stabilizes your upper airway architecture. By gently holding the lower jaw slightly forward during sleep, it tightens the relaxed soft tissues and pulls the tongue base away from the back of the throat. This opens the airway space completely, preventing tissue vibration and ensuring quiet, unobstructed breathing loops.
